Delivery Tracking

When we dispatch your package from our warehouse you will receive an email stating something like this:

Dispatched with (Courier Company we used) - your consignment number is (the Consignment Number of your package) and the (Date of Dispatch).

We use Interlink for most UK and European Union orders and you can track your package using the Interlink website. If you provide us with an email address or mobile number, Interlink will normally contact you twice to let you know that A) they have picked up your package and then B) in the morning to let you know the hour window of when your package will be delivered.

Exceptions to this rule are Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands and the offshore UK islands where Yodel and Parcel Force tend to be more competitively priced.

For orders outside of the European Union we tend to use a combination of UPS, TNT and DHL. 
We have found that courier companies are constantly changing their worldwide shipping prices and we therefore check every order to see which courier company is offering the best combination of shipping time and value for money.
